The role
To further develop our investor base in a structured manner, we are looking for a meticulous individual who prepares discussions, records parameters, and systematically documents the basis for decisions.
This position is operationally focused.
It does not include any investment decision or transaction responsibility.
Your tasks
• Research and identification of potentially suitable investors
• Structured initial telephone contact to clarify responsibilities
• Recording of investment parameters (e.g. ticket size, strategy, regions)
• Precise documentation in the CRM system
• Systematic maintenance and clustering of the investor structure
• Preparation of structured meeting notes for management
No negotiation.
No pitch.
No responsibility for completion.
Your profile
• Experience in structured research or conducting qualifying interviews
• Meticulous, analytical work style
• Clear and calm communication style
• Very high reliability in documentation and system
• Enjoyment of structured process work
Advantageous, but not a requirement:
• Basic understanding of real estate or investment terms
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive)
What the role is not
• No investment or transaction function
• No strategic co-determination level
• Not a classic sales position
• No leadership role
