Senior Business Development Manager Real Estate (m/f/d)

Seitzinvest GmbH assists owners, family offices, project developers, asset managers and institutional investors with selected off-market real estate transactions in Germany and Europe.


Our focus is on identifying, structuring, and brokering investment opportunities outside of public marketing processes. We work discreetly, collaboratively, and with a clear focus on sustainable business relationships.


To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, communicative individual on a freelance basis who builds contacts at the decision-making level, identifies opportunities and prepares qualified discussions for management.


Your tasks

Identification and targeted outreach to owners, project developers, asset managers, family offices and other relevant decision-makers in the real estate and investment environment.


Building and maintaining professional business contacts at the decision-making level.

Initial contact by telephone and in writing with selected target contacts.

Identification and qualification of potential sales, acquisition and mandate opportunities

Preparation and scheduling of qualified discussions for management.


Following up on ongoing contacts, conversations and opportunities.

Structured documentation of all relevant information in the CRM system

Support in the further development of acquisition approaches, target groups and contact strategies.

No mass recruitment or call center work


Your task The core task is to identify opportunities, build relationships, and prepare for qualified discussions. The actual acquisition of mandates, negotiation, and transaction management are handled by the management team.


Your profile

Several years of experience in the real estate industry, investment environment, asset management, banking, sales or business development.

Confident and professional demeanor towards owners, managing directors, investors and family offices.


Excellent communication skills and a passion for building long-term business relationships.


Experience in contacting business contacts by telephone and in writing

Understanding of real estate, investment processes and economic contexts.

Independent, structured and reliable work ethic.


Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.

Good English skills are an advantage.


Safe handling of digital communication tools and CRM systems
