Your tasks

• Independent Acquisition and due diligence of off-market investment properties (Residential and commercial).
• Transaction management from market and location analysis to successful completion at the notary's office.
• Construction and maintenance of a Broker and property network in Germany.
• Creation of Exposés, calculations and investment presentations.
• Collaboration with family offices, institutional investors and project developers.
• Structuring processes and procedures, in order to further scale our transaction business.




Your profile

• Completed studies in real estate management or comparable training.
• Several years of professional experience in Investment and transaction business (e.g., brokerage firms, investment platforms, or family offices).
• Deep understanding of real estate valuation, due diligence and asset management.
• Strong sales performance combined with analytical thinking and structured work.
• Strong communicator, assertive and motivated to take on responsibility.
